New Atom feed
Since everyone does it and that people seem to prefer to get informations in that way anyway, I've added a feed to this blog. I never worked with those before, so I had to first choose between Atom and RSS. I could have done both, but as far as I know, they are both well supported and doing both would mean spending more time.
I decided to go for Atom for the simple reason that it's an IETF standard, which is generally a good thing. The RFC for it is relatively short and the implementation was pretty much trivial. The only twist was that I had to make a clear semantic separation between the title of the post and the text, which I didn't have before because it wasn't needed for just rendering the title as xhtml. Other than that, it was just a question of generating an xml document, pretty much in the same fashion as the webpages are built.
At any rate, the feed is available on the side bar or from the address bar if your web browser supports it.
